OPERATION TECHNIQUES;

Vagina tightening: 2 types of approaches can narrow the vagina. The vaginal cavity is reduced by putting fat on the vaginal walls or the vagina is narrowed by removing the soft skin from the lower part of the vagina and sewing the muscles on top of each other. In general, women who have given birth prefer to narrow in this way. Fat placement procedures are also applied in patients who want only a small amount of vaginal tightening without disruption of the vaginal exit area.

Reduction of the labium minora: Labium minuses can be congenital or acquired. The most important thing when reducing the labia minora is that the incision line should not be visible during sexual intercourse and should not be in the area touched by the opposite sex or on the line where the penis enters. In the classic operation where the outer parts of the labia minora are cut and sutured, the incision line remains at the outermost part of the lips. The numbness in this area causes discomfort and pain during sexual intercourse. Therefore, flap surgery should be performed and the incision lines should remain in the inner region.

Filling the labium majus: Labium majus becomes deflated as the fat tissue and skin tension in them decrease with age. With fat injection and skin removal in this area, the tension in the labia majora is restored.

Hymenoplasty Hymenoplasty is an operation to correct the hymen. Small separations of the hymen can be sutured directly, while larger defects require tissue transfer from the vaginal wall.

RECOVERY PROCESS

• 1 month of sexual intercourse is not recommended
• For 2 weeks there may be a slight uncomfortable sensation at the incision sites. (numbness)
• Wounds heal in 48 hours
• 3-4 days for desk work and 2-3 weeks for work that requires movement

SITUATIONS TO WATCH OUT FOR

AND POSSIBLE COMPLICATIONS

• Avoiding blood thinners, reducing alcohol and smoking as much as possible and ideally not using them at all in the last days is also recommended for this procedure.
• Care should be taken not to keep the genital area moist after vaginal aesthetics.
• Medicines prescribed by the doctor should be taken on time.
• The bath should be a foot shower.
• Bathtub, pool, sea should not be used for 1-2 months.
• There is no special dressing inside the vagina.
• Vaginal douching should be avoided.
• There is no harm in going to the toilet.
• Care should be taken not to push suddenly and forcefully during a large toilet.
